Listen to your breath

When we are stressed and anxious, the easiest way to relax ourselves is to concentrate on our breathing. Even when our mind wanders off to think negative thoughts, we should gently bring it back to focus on our breath.
Our breath is the seat of life and when we listen to it, we feel calm and rejuvenated. Our breathing becomes slower and we feel our anxieties melting away.
