Expressing Gratitude

Expressing gratitude is one of the easiest ways of making a person feel good and wanted. But often we forget to express a token of thanks to our family, friends or the people we encounter in our daily life.
A simple gesture like a word of thanks or a smile can make the other person feel wonderful. When someone feels appreciated, there is motivation to work harder and do a great job.
