One of the reasons for us not finding happiness in our work is because of our perception. Work is often seen as drudgery necessary to survive in life.
We will find true happiness if we view our work as a service we are providing to the end consumer and how his life is getting better because of us. View work as our duty to the universe rather than as a means to earn a paycheck.
