Don't get angry if you fail a few times to kick bad habits

In the course of life, we tend to acquire bad habits like smoking ,alcoholism, laziness, constant anxiety etc. We will be able to get rid of any habit we want to only when we are ready to do so.

We should not get angry with ourselves if we fail to get rid of these habits easily. We should not despair and keep trying. Be kind to yourself as you would be to others.
