Finding your calling

Many of us feel dissatisfied in our current jobs. But we also do not know what our true calling in life is and what would make us truly happy.
We need to think about our lives without the baggage of the past. We should think about the life we would be leading if there were no limitations and we had no fear. We will find our calling and also the roadmap for our lives.

dissatisfactions at work set-in normally when we do not have a sens of direction or purpose. a job can be a calling if we realized why we are there in the first place.

finding your calling is much easier said than done. I know I sound pessimistic, but it's true. I have no idea why I'm here and have had a hell of a time trying to figure that one out. Let me know if you happen upon a "find your calling" method that actually works.

Interesting blog. Do you currently consider yourself as following a particular belief system or worldview, or are you searching? (I'm guessing the name "Seeker" gives away that answer!)

Well, keep searching, search with all your heart. The Bible says, "seek and you will find." I hope you find the path and purpose for which God has called you.

ronnie, spank, fikalo - thank you for your kind comments.
ronnie, you are absolutely right. if we look at our job as a service rather than as a means to earn money, many times we may realize that it is our calling.
spank, none of us can sure what our calling is or if at all we have a calling. I guess in the meantime, all we can do is to enjoy the journey :-)
fikalo, yes, i'm searching, i strongly feel that all the answers are inside us
have a wonderful year ahead people
