Disengaging from stressful situations

It is normal for us to get stressed in life. There are problems at work, money issues, relationship troubles, health problems. At some times, we feel so tense that we are not able to look at things rationally.

At such times, we should disengage from the situation. Take time out for ourself and think about things. Are things as bad as we think they are? What is the worst that can happen? We should accept the fact that the situation is not great but there is nothing which cannot be changed. Take it up as a challenge and do our best to change things. And if our best is not good enough, there is nothing we can do so just accept things with a smile.
