Be aware of negative emotions

We all experience negative emotions like jealousy, inferiority complex, anger etc. Though highly desirable, It may not always to possible to completely eliminiate all these emotions.

What we must do is to be aware of these emotions when we experience them and be aware of the fact that these are create negativilty around us. This is the first step in getting rid of these feelings.
